HI GUYS!
It has been a long while, hasn't it?
I hope people still remember some d00d by the name of Fenrir here. (:
I've been doing fine since my last blog from ages ago. Having a ball of a time creating music that people won't listen to, exploring sound-scapes, playing gigs, doing all sorts of random musician things that musicians randomly do. I'm lucky, I suppose. I think its my calling to be a musical bum.
I like to bum...
I'm in a polytechnic course.
People say music is not something to make a living out of. But I'd like to.
In this course, we learn how to 'make' music, instead of performing it. It interests me to no end how a sawtooth wave makes your guitar sound trippy.
We have to learn how to play keyboards too.
I've been slacking so bad.
I had a mock mid-semester test the other day.

I'm completely crushed. That feeling when you feel that you're nothing, merely a worthless piece of life that shouldn't live, I'm feeling the full brunt of it. I believe all of it is my fault entirely. I don't blame the other side, not one byte of it.

A.K.A. 'propaganda').
They force us to conform to school uniforms, so as to...
A profession? Why would anyone want that, being tied down by a company [big or otherwise], being told to do this, do that, and getting all the crap stuff to do because they think you're a newbie or something.
Meh, but that is probably the reality of it. So I'll have to stick to it, just because of money.
In all due consideration, I haven't taken my GCE 'O's yet, so I'm thinking pretty far right now [in 5...
I hate it when people keep one-upping each other while talking about music, as if its showing off their size of walnuts or watermelons.
For example; I listen to Fall Out Boy [It's an example, dear], and I bring up the subject of their new album and whatnot. Just about everyone worth their music-listening ears would comment, either saying that I should listen to real music such as Cannibal Corpse or Metallica, get...
