Ah, yes. We all remember it like it was yesterday. Before Chaos. Before Big Bang. Before Masteria and New Leaf City. Before fourth job. Before even third job.
Back in those days. The days of Henesys Hunting Grounds I, Pig Park (and iron hog slaughtering), Somebody Else's House. When there were little else than Zakum, Papulatus, and Crimson Balrog as our primary threats.
People of today are so naive and arrogant to these memories. They...
For those still out there who still exist on the plane of two dimensions, tacky NX clothing and numbing amounts of 2x+ experience, here's a blog for you.
Even as I have sought to run away, limbs flailing, as far as I could from this godforsaken game, there is some allure to it that I cannot escape. Is it the childlike graphics? The great memories that it retains? The fact that that game was the reason for the diabolical spawn we called...
i was killing iruvata mobs in ms a few weeks ago on my cannoneer, and then came up with this:
Brutality of Android Love
Nakomara District, Chisana Nihon Borough, Kerning City
2091-184 (July 3rd, Summer 13th)
14:23
The city broiled under the Sun today, marking the 20th day of a heatwave and prolongued drought. Temperaturs soared up to over 100°F and hovered around 112°F, roughly below 45°C. In the vast...
I'll be honest: I don't play many games on a regular basis these days. Between college dilemmas and a psychologically/philosophically mental breakdown due to too much free time when there is, it's hard to squeeze even those few rounds in a game, let alone a few minutes (for non-FPS games, the phrase is more appropriate the other way around). Nevertheless, I stalk the forum grounds of games past and present, if only to recall my fractured...
So I started playing MapleStory again, just because I have a bit more free time than I should, and at first I wasn't interested in the PvP content.
I usually find PvP pretty pointless until endgame because you have to buy all this shit to upgrade your armor, have your own pots blah, blah, blah.
In MapleStory, I guess equips come into play a bit, but it really depends on your class alone. Stuff like mobility & range play huge, huge parts in...
LET'S START ANOTHER TREND GUYS? REMEMBER OUR LAST ONE WITH THE "HOW-TO" GUIDES?
My god, all this talk about MapleStory is making me smile, so I decided to share some of my experiences.
I wasn't a Closed Beta kid, I started a little bit after. Back when Scania and Bera were the only worlds out.
Anyway I- wait I already said this...
[quote=Nass]My first character was this INT warrior named Junk1234. Made it to level 25. I'll...
What's this? A nonfanficblog by me? It's been so long that my last non-writing-related-blog is older than some of the members here, so I guess it's about time for one. For this particular blog I am going to steal Tharty's idea. My bad.
It's been so long since I wrote a blog I hope I'm doing this right.
My history with...

Being that I made a journal during the year 2009 about my Maple life because at the time I was severely bored with the game and openly mock the game and decided to archive the problems that Maple had at the time. Maybe one day that Nexon America can give a rats ass about the game and not ignore all the problems this game that I played from December 2005.
Guess that plan fell through the...
I've been getting into a lot of betas lately, so I've decided to start bloggin' about them.
So this is going to be like a rant and review all rolled up in one.
When you first begin Maplestory Adventures (on Facebook), it asks you for a key. You can either obtain this through a survey, some of Nexon's online "events" (There was an event today where the first 50 people to email webevents@nexon.net got a Beta key), or from another...

OKAY.
I still play Maplestory.
In any case, I'm so thoroughly disheartened by the community. I love the game and I enjoy playing it but I'm majorly turned off to the idea of playing regularly because of the gosh-darned community. There's no one to talk to or to grind with or to just mess around with. They're all major assholes. No joke. Today, I went to HobPQ and attempted to get a few % before I...
