I can't find any tools or themes that can blur wallpapers like this. I have to photoshop any wallpapers that I use to fit. Slider and date time is called Opaque slider. Incidentally, I get wallpapers onto my iPod by SSHing them to /tmp, then going there in iFile, adding it to the photo album then deleting the file in /tmp. There's got to be a better way. :-/

Apple is like a manipulative lover. They lure you in with the promise of love, and usability, and shininess. And for the first few weeks that's what you get.
Hey! It's shiny. Hey! The menus animate nicely. Hey! it downloads podcasts and syncs them.
But then then the honeymoon is over, and your lover reveals their true colours. You want to import a TV show or podcast, well fuck you. iTunes isn't letting you. And now...
Who really cares? They're just products by Apple. How the hell did Apple manage to get itself into a position where its products are held in such esteem. They're just fucking laptops, mp3 players and phones. Worse even, they're Apple products so brace yourself for a lack of customisation, hardware locks and shitty software.
Imagine if another store was hit and they stole Zunes and non-Apple...
