Pain. Lots and lots of pain.

Hey guys. =) It's been a while, hasn't it?
Summer vacation is officially three-quarters done. And I haven't done anything productive. Something about summer just makes me want to not do anything. Hmm...
I've signed up for the commonapp last week. Checked out their applications. Doesn't really seem hard. Except for the essay. I suck at essays.
How bad do I suck at essays? Well, on the SATs, I got a combined score of 5 on the essay. Bad? Nope. Worse.
College aside, I've only done about three things this summer: Work, sports, and Maple/omgpop.
I seem to have caught onto this bug that everyone else seems to have. For three-ish weeks, I went back and got my Chief Bandit from 81-90. Also started a little Nightwalker, which I leveled to 30 and never played again. I'm lazy; what do you expect from me?
(By the way, add me on omgpop or something. :D I'll play j00 or something. ^^)
So how does the title relate to anything in this blog, besides the pain of doing pre-college stuff? (I'm not up to the painful part yet.)
So I went and did some productive stuff today. Well, tried is a better word. I went to the recreational center! :D
Everyone's wondering how that's productive, huh? Well, I got a membership for one. -applause from one person-
.... The recreational center has dance rooms! ^^ They're complete with mirrors and everything! Basically a big open space where my friends and I had a session today (bboy practice, if you're confused). Turns out my ambitions have to be delayed like crazy. My flares won't exist anytime soon because I lack both form and power. Don't worry. I'll make up for it in footwork. :)
I practiced my handstands today. To start, I could handstand into the wall quite easily. Since I figured that I could do it on the wall, I decided to try them without the wall. I had mats around so I would be protected (so I thought). I got into a easily enough, but I started tilting backwards not soon after. In an attempt to compensate, I tried to move my arms with the tilt. Big mistake, since I moved out of the safety of the mats. As soon as I was clear of the mats, I proceeded to tilt sideways and crash on the floor. Hard. Paaaain. It took me about 3 minutes to even move again.
So for the last 20-ish days of summer, I have to make up for the entire summer. Good bye games and slack(ing off). I have college stuff and bboying to attend to. Wish me luck!
