Asian man attacked and jumped by 6 others

Happened around in Bridgeport, Chicago, thousands of kilometers away from where I live, but still, it can happen anywhere and any time.

The masked attackers are also Asian so there does not seem to be much of a racial dispute. So what could have caused this attack?

The boy under attack is 17, so high school-ers around grade 11-12

The attackers stole $180 and gave the dude a few face slaps with the shoe...

The boy only suffered lacerations on his lip, bruises and abrasions

The six attackers are being questioned, and undoubtedly charged

*This would not have been a big deal but the video was posted on Youtube, garnering the attention of millions of people around the world. The original video poster removed it and deleted his facebook, but some smart people out there managed to save a copy of the video and repost it back up.

I honestly think the kick to the face which sent him into the snow hurt the most... And the dude yelling "F*** you ni****" is just... ridiculous. First of all, we can clearly see he isn't a ni****. SMH. Notice near the end, one of the boys were like "I"M GOING TO KILL YOU". Yea. I wonder the Asian did to the 6 boys too...

Oh. If it is Sunday, why does the boy being attacked look like he is going to school? o_O meh. And which kid carries $180 in his wallet? Also, 5 of the attackers are masked, so either it was a really cold day OR they had planned the attack behind an elementary school in the back alley. Glad the boy managed to run away =D
