2 year old girl run over in China

2 year old girl run over in China. The driver rolls over her with his first pair of wheel and decides to roll her over slowly with the back set of wheels. Another drive rolls over her accidently but he turned himself in.

I believe he said it would have been cheaper for him, as letting the girl live would mean he would have to pay more medical fees. If she died, he would pay less. He is currently fleeing and will not turn himself in.

Not only that, 18 people FULLY walked/drove past her and did nothing to help, not even calling the police or even simply dragging her off the streets.

Not until the 19th bystander, a woman who was just simply cleaning the streets.

Not a racial dislike, but more of a societal one. Besides, I'm also asain D= Sad times.

This is because of something that had happened earlier involving a woman who had fallen or something, and a man who passed by came and helped her out. She in turn sued the man for something like $6500 and won. Most people are afraid to help for fear of being litigated.
