What Happened to Us?
Today, I went out with a couple of friends to a music shop. I was looking for a chromatic tuner and I ended up buying a more expensive one than the one I was looking for (the site said it was in stock but it wasn't there). I also spent an hour and a half there just jamming with my friends. Great, huh? Just spending my summer chillin' away my days doing nothing.
Why is that? Why am I going out and doing things rather than being on VuTales and discussing other things? Most would argue that's not bad and it isn't. However, it's bad for this community. Honestly, most of the blogs aren't content. Most of the blogs are about people complaining about their lives (for example, this blog, except it isn't about my life). Where is the content? Honestly, FireLeo probably has the most real content out of all of us here on VuTales. Even with his haitus, he beats us. Why is that?
To me, VuTales is just a group. We have no reputation, we don't do anything. I rarely go on VuTales and I haven't written a real blog in a long time, most of my blogs being lazy screenshots with the most effort put into uploading the pictures. All I do is stuff on the MSN group. Honestly, all VuTales does is whine those who are in the VuTales MSN group would rather whine on MSN than on a blog for faster more immediate comments and discussion. Where is the content that can only be shown through blogs and VuTales?
I'm not saying that there isn't ANY content on VuTales, there is. However, I feel that content (or what I consider it to be) is not to the interest of VuTales anymore. No, people would rather post about how much their lives such and then comment on other people's lives on how much they're a pussy. Where did our interest go? It's summer and we're as dead as ever (except for MSN group). Currently, as unfortunate as it is, Aika Online is the main thing right now with VuTales (mostly the MSN group). With this though we should have massive amounts of blogs about their adventures in the world of Aika. Where are they? I want to know about what you guys are doing in Aika Online. I want to read content.
The buzz I used to have when going on to MMOTales and VuTales is gone. I used to respect you guys. I used to cherish what you posted. I used to believe that everything on MMOTales and VuTales is gold. I used to consider MMOTales/VuTales as some sort of special community that we can be together and share. However, I DO NOT want to hear your QQs. Ironic, isn't it, complaining about other people's complaints? At least this affects all of us.
