I bought a netbook.

A tiny, itty bitty, cute little netbook. That I saved up all summer to purchase for class.

As far as netbooks go, I'm thus far satisfied with this one. The keyboard took some getting used to, because the backspace key is smaller and further away from the keyboard, but if I keep my hands resting lighter on the keyboard I don't forget that and it's easy to navigate. The keys are quite flat, and produce a very pleasant clickyclick sound. It runs very quiet, if I sit absolutely still in my room I can just hear it. And after installing a 2 gig RAM stick (thanks for the help, Vu. >P) it's pretty zippy. I won't be running video games on it, but taking notes in class has become much easier now.

Anyways. This is my pseudo introduction. Hi, I'm Emily. By the way. Maybe I'll put up some fiction some other time. An audience would be lovely for snippets of my book. ^^;
